Kittiwake's Maiden Voyage

Today saw the maiden voyage of our St Ayles Skiff "Kittiwake". We all breathed a sigh of relief when she didn't sink....and didn't leak. The club members who took her out thought she rowed like a dream. We also got a couple of our new Shore2Oarers out, and a couple of our members children too (Lucy and Iona loved getting out for a spin in her).

Thanks to all the club members who have put so much work into getting her on the water. We believe Michael is still drowning his sorrows after the varnish got scratched.
