Membership Application.
Membership Application Process
We offer people interested in coastal rowing a couple of Taster Sessions to see if they want to join. These can be indoor training sessions and/or an outing in one of our coastal rowing boats. We recommend a little bit of coaching at an indoor session before trying an on-the-water session, but this is not essential. For these sessions you must fill out a Temporary Membership Form and pay £5 for each session. This is to provide insurance for your activities and if you subsequently join the session this will be deducted from your joining fee.
To apply for membership, you need to have a sponsor who will support your application such as an existing Club Member OR request a Referee to complete the section with their signature which confirms the Club may contact them regarding this Application. The sponsor must be able to vouch that you will positively engage with the club.
